Integrated Media Planner at Exverus Media

Anna Acuna has held a variety of roles in the media and hospitality industry since 2015. Anna began their career as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst at Santa Barbara Design Center, where they researched the history of antique rugs and composed episode descriptions for the Center’s weekly television show. In 2016, they worked as a Front of House at Acme Hospitality and then as a Hostess at Tupelo Junction Cafe in 2017. In 2019, Anna joined goop.com as a Keyholder and James Perse Ent., Inc. as a Sales Specialist, where they consistently exceeded sales goals. In 2021, Anna began working at EvansHardy+Young as an Assistant Media Planner/Negotiator, where they assisted the Senior Media Negotiator in the preparation of budgets, flowcharts, rate look-up and estimates. Anna also conducted media analysis work of a statistical nature. Additionally, they worked as Website and Marketing Manager at Mindful Heart Programs, where they streamlined the organization's web presence on Squarespace and bought ad space in digital and print partners to promote events. Currently, Anna is an Integrated Media Planner at Exverus Media.

Anna Acuna has a background in Biological Anthropology, having earned a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Santa Barbara City College. In addition, Anna has obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations (2019) from LinkedIn, The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk, and IAB Digital Video 360 from IAB.
