Charles began their career as an Analytics Team Manager at MaritzCX in 2005, and also worked as an Adjunct Faculty for Statistics at California State University Fullerton in the same year. In 2017, they joined Exverus Media as an Analytics & Insights Manager, and was later promoted to Analytics & Insights Director.
