Kulani Shingange

Kulani Shingange currently serves as Acting Coordinator Learning and Officer Learning at Exxaro Resources, specifically at the Belfast Coal Mine, since October 2021. Previously, Kulani held the position of Practical Training P1/P2 at Transnet Freight Rail from March 2019 to February 2020. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg (2012-2020), a Trainer Development ODETDP from Maccauvlei Learning Academy (June 2022 - February 2023), a Certificate in Negotiation Skills from Imsimbi Training Centre (July 2023 - August 2023), and ongoing training as a Skills Development Facilitator at Imsimbi Training Centre (September 2023 - March 2024). Kulani completed Matric with Mathematics and Science at Nkateko High School (2006-2010).
