Thindothe Nemavhola

Thindothe Nemavhola, Pr. Sci. Nat, MBA, is an accomplished engineer specializing in metallurgy, currently serving as an Engineer: Metallurgy at Exxaro Resources since January 2009. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting plant audits, product development, quality assurance and quality control, as well as production planning and process optimization. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Metallurgist at Mintek from March 2006 to December 2008 and Project Coordinator at Lanxess Mining from February 2004 to December 2005, where initial work involved training as a Metallurgist focused on chrome beneficiation. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from North-West University, a Master of Science in Material Sciences from the University of Pretoria, an N Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, and an Honours Degree in Metallurgy from the University of Pretoria.
