Mike Salfity

Mike Salfity has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on graphics and software solutions. Mike is currently an Advisor at Exxat, and was previously the Global Head of the Graphics Solutions Business Unit at HP. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of businesses that address all software and printing outside of the home and office printing.

Prior to their role as Global Head, Mike was the Printing Group CTO and SVP/GM Enterprise SW Solutions at HP. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing long-range technical strategy and research and development for HP’s $26B printing & software business. Mike also led HP’s M&A activities to support inorganic growth.

Mike has a proven track record in building and scaling businesses, developing new products and product categories, and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Mike is a respected leader in the industry, and their experience will be invaluable to Exxat as they continue to grow their business.

Mike Salfity has a MBA from University of Southern California in General Management and a BSEE from California State University, Long Beach in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science.
