Molly Mandel currently holds the position of Vice President of Continuous Improvement at EXXCEL Project Management. Having previously served as the Director of Continuous Improvement at the same company, Molly transitioned from their role as Director of Operations at Adapt TeleHealth, Inc. Molly attended Denison University from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Molly appreciates the collaborative environment at EXXCEL and finds motivation in the teamwork and dedication of their colleagues.

The mission of EXXCEL Project Management is the development and construction of repeatable relationships. We work nationally providing real estate investment, development, design-build construction services for the industrial, commercial and retail markets with a major focus in distribution, food processing and light manufacturing facilities. We have completed 125 million plus sq. ft. of projects, in the 45 states we are licensed to do business. We are looking for talented Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Administrative Assistants - Operations to support our growing company!
