Brian Sorensen

Brian Sorensen has been working in the safety industry since 2007. Brian started their career at Skanska USA Civil Inc. as a Health and Safety Manager and EHS manager. In 2013, they moved to Hermanson Company as a Safety Director. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company, as a Director of Safety, Health and Environmental and Senior Loss Prevention Manager. Since 2018, they have been working at the State of Washington as a Safety Professional. Currently, they are the Director of Safety at Exxel Pacific, Inc.

Brian Sorensen attended Central Washington University from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Safety and Health Management and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health. Brian also holds a CHST certification from BCSP.
