Xavier Randretsa

Xavier Randretsa is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Exxelia Group since July 2016, Xavier previously held key positions at Faurecia, including HR Director for Group Information Systems and Division HR Director, managing HR for a 4,500-employee division across multiple countries. Additional roles include HR Director at FCI Automotive France, Human Resources Manager at Thales, and Site HR Manager at Valeo. Xavier began their career as Plant HR Deputy at Schlumberger and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Institut de Gestion Sociale.
