Amanda Vaughn Parke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, staff development, and IT consulting, currently serving as Change, Culture & Communications Lead and Staff Development Manager at ExxonMobil since February 2019. With a strong background in overseeing global teams and managing organizational transitions, Amanda has effectively led transformational changes, developed training materials, and improved resourcing strategies.
