Carman Mullins

Carman Mullins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global Projects and Upstream Operations at ExxonMobil since January 2021. Prior to this role, Carman held significant positions at XTO Energy, including Permian General Manager from December 1996 to January 2021, and previously at ExxonMobil where noteworthy roles included President of ExxonMobil Canada and Senior General Manager of Engineering and Production Operations from December 1996 to March 2019.
