Donovan Kilmartin

Donovan Kilmartin has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with ExxonMobil, where positions included Head of Workforce Development, Head of Deepwater and Engineering, Head of Maintenance for Iraq Operations, and Development Planner from January 2009 to December 2021. Kilmartin led global training programs, developed business strategies for operations in Guyana and Brazil, managed maintenance for high-production sites, and oversaw oil and gas project development. Kilmartin holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rice Business and a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where involvement included serving as President of the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysis.
