Essam Sharaf

Essam Sharaf is a seasoned geoscientist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Geoscientist at Low Carbon Solution (Denbury Inc.) since November 2009. Prior to this role, Essam held positions as a Research Associate at FIU and as a Lecturer at Mansoura University, alongside working as a Development Geologist at BP. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Mansoura University. Additionally, studies were pursued at Georgia State University in 2000. Notable areas of expertise encompass aquifer modeling, magnetostratigraphy, core description, and carbonate petrography.
