Benjamin Ruback

Benjamin Ruback currently serves as Managing Legal Counsel for Litigation & Dispute Resolution at Australian Retirement Trust since February 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel - Claims. Prior experience includes positions at Sunsuper from November 2015 to February 2022, where Benjamin occupied roles such as Senior Legal Counsel - Claims and Legal Counsel - Claims, along with a secondment as Acting Team Leader of Claims Review. Prior to Sunsuper, Benjamin worked at Bennett & Philp Lawyers from October 2007 to November 2015 as Senior Associate, Associate, and Solicitor, and gained initial experience as a Paralegal at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP and as a Solicitor and Articled Clerk at Nicol Robinson Halletts. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Queensland, completed between 1999 and 2003, and received education at St Joseph's College, Nudgee from 1994 to 1998.
