Jason Hammer

Jason Hammer is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Maintenance and Reliability Support Manager at ExxonMobil since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, including Maintenance Manager and Engineering Manager at the El Paso Refinery. Jason's career began at ExxonMobil, where Jason advanced through multiple roles, such as Area Engineering Services Manager and Corporate Energy Advisor. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Engineering and Capital Projects at Andeavor and Manager of Capital Projects and Construction at Western Refining. Jason holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
