Mishelle Mason

Mishelle Mason, CAM, has extensive experience in aviation and safety management, currently serving as a Captain and Safety Coordinator at ExxonMobil since June 2015. A member of Women in Corporate Aviation and Women in Aviation International since 2000 and 2011 respectively, Mishelle actively contributes to the industry as a pilot. Prior to ExxonMobil, Mishelle held the title of G150 Line Captain at Chevron USA from January 2012 to May 2015, where over 600 flight hours were logged annually for executive and company personnel transport in the US and Canada. Mishelle served as a Naval Aviator and Officer in the US Navy from 1992 to 2013, gaining global operational flight experience and instructing in various regions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy, a Master of Aeronautical Sciences with a focus on Safety and Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and further military education through the Air Command and Staff College and the Naval Postgraduate School.
