Naila Ghorbel

Naila Ghorbel, MBA, currently serves as an IT Contracts Manager at ExxonMobil since May 2023. Prior to this role, Naila worked at Examity from October 2019 to April 2023, progressing from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. Naila's experience also includes a consulting position at Slalom, where responsibilities included leading communications for Epic Upgrade in healthcare and serving as UAT Lead for Workday Implementation in Energy & Petroleum. At The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Naila held the positions of IT Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst, where significant achievements included implementing a high-profile software project within six months and acting as a liaison for cross-functional teams. Earlier roles comprised Human Resources Assistant at UTHealth and Research Assistant at Rice University. Naila holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BA in Psychology from Rice University.
