Neha Singh possesses extensive experience in vendor and service management, having worked at ExxonMobil from February 2021 to February 2024 in various roles, including Managed Service Provider Vendor Manager and Service Management Tower Lead for Customer Experience Solutions. Prior to this, Neha held multiple positions at Infosys between October 2006 and January 2019, encompassing Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Software Engineer, with a focus on functional analysis, testing, and IT solutions for the power sector. Neha's career also includes a brief tenure as an Associate Consultant at Enzen Global Solutions in 2010. Neha holds an MBA in Oil and Gas from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.
