Nitesh Kumar

Nitesh Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of process safety and environmental health, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Process Safety Analyst at ExxonMobil since July 2025, Nitesh previously held managerial roles at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited from May 2013 to June 2025, where significant achievements include leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive Safety Management System that drastically reduced safety incidents. Nitesh has also conducted numerous safety audits, facilitated training programs across various personnel levels, and ensured compliance with industry regulations. Nitesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and has further enhanced expertise through postgraduate programs in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning and Texas McCombs School of Business.
