Prakash Moparthi

Prakash Moparthi is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A for Low Carbon Solutions at ExxonMobil. Previously, Prakash held the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Business Management at NextEra Energy Resources, and worked as a Business Development Advisor in M&A at Oxy. Additionally, managerial experience in mergers and acquisitions was gained at Baker Hughes, and early career roles included engineering, operations, and financial planning and analysis at Texas Instruments. Prakash holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and has furthered education at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
