Rachel Perritt

Rachel Perritt is a skilled process engineer currently serving as a BOP-2X Hot Ends Process Engineer at ExxonMobil since February 2024. With a strong background in chemical engineering, Rachel previously held leadership roles such as President and Corporate Outreach Chair for the Penn State Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Rachel gained valuable experience through internships at ExxonMobil, where significant achievements included saving approximately $1 million annually through optimization efforts and leading investigations into product quality and operational sustainability. Additionally, Rachel has engaged in research related to spent nuclear waste at Penn State University and has previously contributed to mechanical engineering projects at Exelon Nuclear. Rachel holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
