Rob Tracy

Rob Tracy currently serves as Executive Vice President, CAO, General Counsel, and Secretary at Denbury Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Rob Tracy held the position of Senior Counsel at ExxonMobil from August 2008. Rob Tracy also served as General Counsel for the Marine Well Containment Company from February 2011 to June 2013 and was a Senior Associate at Legge Farrow Kimmit McGrath & Brown LLP between July 2003 and August 2008. Prior military service includes a role as Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve from June 1993 to October 2004. Earlier in the career, Rob Tracy worked as an Associate at Houck Hamilton & Anderson from July 1998 to July 2003 and as a Licensed Mate at Tidewater Marine from July 1993 to August 1996. Educational qualifications include a JD in Admiralty & Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School (1995-1998) and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1990-1993).
