Shawn Foster is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Managing Counsel for Chemical Products at ExxonMobil, Shawn has held multiple titles, including responsibilities in Global Operations, Product Solutions Ventures, Operations, M&A, and Chemical Commercial Operations, as well as Trademark and Copyright Law. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Shawn practiced as an Associate Attorney at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and has a background in engineering, having worked as an Engineer/Project Manager at Berwanger, Inc., an Engineer at Air Liquide America, and a Field Engineer at Schlumberger.
