Thomas Raia has extensive experience in learning innovation and enablement, having served in various managerial roles at ExxonMobil Corporation since February 2018 and previously at ExxonMobil Chemical from January 2005 to February 2018. Positions held include Retired - Learning Innovation and Enablement Manager, Learning Manager, Global Competency Development and Training Manager, Global Marketing Manager, and Global Marketing Communication Manager. Prior to ExxonMobil, Thomas Raia was the Director of Strategic Alliances at Advanced Elastomer Systems from January 1991 to January 2005.
