Zhen Li

Zhen Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marine and subsea engineering, currently serving as Marine Team Lead at ExxonMobil since July 2018. Prior to this role, Zhen held various positions at ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company from July 2009 to December 2017, including Subsea Team Lead and Research Associate/Project Lead, focusing on subsea control and sensing research projects. Zhen has also contributed as a Technical Lead/Project Engineer for the Angola Mooring System Risk Mitigation Projects and as a Marine Advisor, providing technical support for global marine operations. Zhen's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and additional Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
