Bill Cleary

Bill Cleary has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Exxpress Tire LLC since June 1997 and as the Ombudsman Director for the New York chapter of Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR) since March 2013. Prior to these roles, Bill worked as the Human Resources Director at Dunn Tire LLC from June 1997 until February 2024 and as Personnel Director at Stereo Advantage from 1989 to 1997. Bill's early career included a managerial position at manzella Productions, Inc. from 1984 to 1986. Educational background includes studies at Canisius University from 1981 to 1982 and Bishop Ridley College from 1979 to 1981.
