India Bastien is an accomplished professional in people operations and design, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Exygy since June 2022. Previously, India held leadership positions at AMP Creative, where responsibilities included overseeing people strategy and managing the People Ops team. Experience also includes roles in content creation and consulting, podcast hosting focused on LGBTQ+ issues, and numerous creative positions in design and management within various organizations. India holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic and Web Design from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and an Associate's degree in Product Development and Merchandising from Design School in Prague.
