Ashley Kotter

Ash Kotter, SPHR, currently serves as the VP of People at Exyn Technologies since March 2023 and also contributes as a CandE Advisor for Talent Board, focusing on enhancing candidate experiences in the recruitment process. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at PJW Restaurant Group, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding and recruitment strategies across multiple restaurants, and People Experience Manager at O3 World, managing both candidate and employee experiences. Ash has extensive expertise in high-volume recruitment as a Recruiting Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works and in managing full-cycle recruitment at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. Ash's early career included training and human resources roles at TGI Fridays and a significant personal achievement noted during a brief hiatus for parental responsibilities. Ash holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Hofstra University, specializing in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.
