Eray Engin

Eray Engin is a seasoned professional in project management and planning, currently serving as a Senior Lean Coach at Exyte since September 2022, where the focus is on enhancing project management through Lean principles and coaching project teams. Previously, Eray worked at GE from January 2013 to February 2022 in various roles, culminating as a Sr. Project Manager, successfully managing a $1M project and overseeing PMO operations for a portfolio of 50 projects. Prior experience includes positions at GAMA Power Systems Engineering and Contracting, where Eray developed critical schedules for large-scale projects. Eray holds an MBA in Energy and Sustainability from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
