Joost Klerks

Joost Klerks has extensive work experience in various leadership and sales roles in the semiconductor industry. Joost currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Account Management at Exyte. Prior to that, they worked at EBARA Precision Machinery Europe GmbH as the Director of Sales Components Europe, where they significantly increased annual revenue and market share by gaining over 100 new accounts. Joost also rejuvenated the sales team through a focus on value selling. Before that, Joost was the Vice President Global Sales at HighQ Factory, where they played a key role in deploying alternative business models and driving strategic partnerships. Joost also served as the Vice President Global Account Management at M+W Group and held the position of Strategic Global Account Director at Soitec, where they were responsible for successful strategic business development and negotiations of multiyear agreements. Earlier in their career, Joost held senior management positions at Lam Research, Mattson Technologies, Asyst Technologies, and OCE International. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a track record of achieving financial goals, building customer relationships, and driving operational excellence in matrix environments.

Joost Klerks obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrotechnics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, from 1980 to 1984.
