Lev previously held the role of Group Leader at the Research Institute Kishinev from 1980 to 1990. Lev earned a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kishinev Politechnical Institute and studied Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at high school "ORT" Jerusalem.
