Prior to this, Theresa was the Senior Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Korn Ferry, where they led global talent acquisition teams and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Theresa also has experience at Altice USA as a Talent Acquisition Program Manager, overseeing recruitment strategies for the Sales organization. Earlier in their career, Theresa held leadership positions at Allegis Global Solutions, where they led recruitment operations and managed client relationships for companies like Baxter International and Barclays. Theresa also worked as a Human Resource Business Partner/Recruiter at Alexander Mann Solutions and held various roles at UBS and Texas Instruments. Theresa's expertise lies in strategic leadership, team management, and driving operational excellence in talent acquisition.

Theresa Hart holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Development from New York University.
