Adam O'Brien

Adam O'Brien is an experienced tax professional with a robust background in both private practice and government service. Adam served as a Tax Partner at Baker McKenzie from January 2019 to January 2021 and previously worked as a Tax Associate at the same firm from March 2014 to December 2018. Adam also held the position of Tax Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (International) for a brief period in 2010. Before that, Adam was a Tax Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from July 2011 to February 2014. Following the role at Baker McKenzie, Adam joined EY as a Tax Principal in January 2021. Adam began the legal career as a Summer Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
