Alan Hollander

Alan Hollander, CVA, is the Managing Director of Strategy and Transactions at EY, where they lead the real estate valuation and advisory practice in the Atlanta office. With over 21 years of experience in real estate consulting, corporate finance, and valuation, Alan has worked on transaction due diligence, portfolio valuation, and insolvency analysis, among other areas. Alan holds a BA in finance with a minor in international business and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. They have served on boards for the Turnaround Management Association and the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta’s investment committee.
