Alberto Romeo

Alberto Romeo is a Partner at EY, having joined the firm in 2004. With over 25 years of experience in audit across offices in Genoa, Turin, Ancona, and Milan, they have led the statutory audit for major listed industrial groups both in Italy and abroad, particularly in the Energy, Real Estate, and Consumer Products sectors. Alberto has also served as Country Assurance COO and managing partner for various offices, and currently coordinates Assurance offices in Northern Italy. Additionally, they are a contract professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and have enriched their international profile through experience in Emerging Markets, focusing on a state-controlled company in Angola. Alberto is also a speaker in professional training courses on accounting auditing and international accounting standards.
