Alison Coutts

Alison Coutts has extensive experience in financial services strategy and talent enablement, currently serving at EY since December 2010, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and governance across diverse markets. Previous roles include Director and Senior Manager, focusing on customer strategy and operating model design within the banking sector across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Prior to EY, Alison worked as a Business Advisor at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, driving business improvement projects, and as a Consultant at Accenture, contributing to large-scale technology transformations. Alison holds a Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from UNSW, as well as a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Sydney.
