Ananya Sharma

Ananya Sharma is an emerging professional with a focus on Management Information Systems, currently serving as an FSO Launch Intern at EY since June 2024. Previously, Ananya was involved in multiple roles at Genesys Works Twin Cities, including Talent Development Pipeline, Near Peer Mentor, and Student Ambassador, where Ananya honed skills in professional development, mentoring, and advocacy. Ananya also interned in Identity and Access Management at Hennepin County, managed guest services at Target, and contributed as a Management Consultant with 180 Degrees Consulting, addressing non-profit challenges. Ananya's education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, following a high school diploma from Hopkins Senior High School and coursework at Normandale Community College.
