Austin Anderson is an experienced professional with a robust background in people engagement, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as an Assistant Director at EY since June 2014, Austin focuses on unlocking team potential through insights that foster a positive work culture. With previous roles encompassing strategic performance improvement and consulting in health-related organizations, Austin has a strong foundation in corporate and people strategy.
