Barbara Steel

Barbara Steel, PhD, currently serves as a Managing Director at EY since August 2021. Previously, Barbara held the position of Practice Leader in Consulting at the NeuroLeadership Institute from March 2018 to July 2021. From January 2015 to March 2018, Barbara was Vice President and Advisory Services Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting, where leadership was provided to a team delivering strategic partnership in Human Capital strategy to Executive HR, Talent, and business leaders, leveraging Deloitte's research and advisory services. Barbara holds a PhD in Values-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University, a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Chicago.
