They have led diverse teams in high-profile initiatives, successfully managing budgets of up to $10 million and coordinating global teams of up to 80 members. Carmen's expertise includes developing data-driven solutions that enhance strategic planning and business performance analysis. They previously held various roles at EY, National Grid, and Goldman Sachs, and are currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems at Baruch College.
