Chet Bickhart, MSc., is the Assistant Director of Leadership Development at EY and a retired Team USA rowing athlete. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership Development from Clemson University and an Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Degree from Lehigh University. Chet has extensive experience in leadership roles, including serving as University Chaplain for RUF and leading initiatives for student athletes at the University of Virginia. Chet is recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit, having founded Main Line Study Pods to support families during the Covid-19 pandemic and for their achievements as a six-time national champion in rowing.
