Cristian Urrutia

Cristian Urrutia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at EY since November 2022, Cristian previously held the position of Executive Director at Corporación de Desarrollo e Innovación de Rancagua and the Culture and Arts Agency of the City of Rancagua, Chile, from November 2016 to December 2021 and July 2019, respectively. Cristian co-founded Weeshing and CPD Labs, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in technology and research and development projects. Cristian has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having been a founding partner at Elcano Restaurant and a franchisee of Deliciozoo Restaurant, where roles encompassed human resources, finance, and operational management. Early career experiences include a marketing role at O'Higgins S.A.D.P. and an internship at Agrosuper. Cristian's educational credentials include programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with degrees in Business Administration and Engineering from Universidad Gabriela Mistral and Universidad de Chile, respectively.
