Elfije Lemaitre

Elfije Lemaitre is an experienced leader in the energy and resources sector, currently serving as Principal at EY since September 2025. Previously, Elfije held the position of Executive Vice President and US Resources & Energy Transition Business Unit Lead at Capgemini from April 2022 to March 2025, as well as Vice President for both the US Energy and Global New Energies initiatives. Prior experience includes a Managing Director role at Accenture from January 2004 to September 2019, and a brief internship at MergeGlobal, Inc. and a Graduate Fellowship at Kissinger McLarty Associates in 2002. Elfije holds a BS in International Economics from Georgetown University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
