Emily Rosenthal is the Learning and Development Leader for the EY-Parthenon practice in the US, where they implement learning strategies aligned with business goals to empower professionals in serving clients effectively. In previous roles, Emily was a Development Consultant focused on the Strategy and Transactions Service Line at EY and coordinated talent strategies as a Project Manager for the America's Talent Team. Outside of their corporate career, Emily has pursued a passion for theater, serving as a Board member for Crowded Fire Theater and performing across various productions. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dance from San Jose State University.
