Eshaa Nathoo is a technology consultant at EY, where they focus on technology-enabled transformation and process improvement. Leveraging a background in psychology, Eshaa understands user behavior and supports change management to help organizations implement solutions that drive adoption and operational efficiency. Previously, they contributed to talent development as a Talent Management Clerk and Intern at MCB Group, collaborating with HR to create Individual Development Plans and facilitate developmental conversations for employees. Eshaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and completed the International Baccalaureate at Northfields International High School.
