Gustavo Rosa

Gustavo Rosa, CDPSE, CRISC, CRMA, is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience at Ernst & Young (EY), where they currently serve as the Latam Lead Partner in the Technology Risk department. In this role, Gustavo manages operations across 18 countries, directly reporting to high-level executives in Brazil, Chile, and the US. They possess extensive expertise in project management, risk management, and data analysis, overseeing a team of around 600 professionals. Gustavo has also contributed to the training of EY staff in audit methodologies and has been involved in quality and methodology reviews across South America. They hold degrees in Computer Science, Accounting, and an MBA in Business Management.
