Casswell Goodman

Casswell Goodman serves as the Executive Director of BAM® Los Angeles at Youth Guidance since October 2019, while also leading Exceptional Quality Professional Development as CEO and Founder since April 2016. With a strong background in professional development and youth empowerment, Casswell has held various roles including Master Trainer/Consultant at Junior Achievement USA and iFoster, and Reentry Consultant at Glendale Community College. Previous experience also includes Workforce Development Director at Hillsides and an Executive Fellow at FUSE Corps, addressing societal challenges through partnerships with local governments. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Education Policy and Organizational Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville.
