I. Lee Holt

I. Lee Holt is currently an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Issues in International Tax at the Villanova University Graduate Tax Program. Previously, Holt served as a Partner in the National Tax Department at EY, specializing in Capital Markets Tax and International Tax and Transaction Services. With over a decade at EY, Holt held various managerial roles including Senior Manager and Manager on the US Tax Desk in London. Holt earned a Master's degree in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
