Jennifer Kehoe Fagan

Jennifer Kehoe Fagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various industries. Currently serving as Partner/Principal at EY since February 2023 and as a Board Member of the Richmond Technology Council, Jennifer previously held the position of Managing Director at Accenture, overseeing teams in IT and business engagements, including digital transformation and corporate strategy. Additionally, as a Business Plan Advisor at Virginia Commonwealth University, Jennifer guided MBA students through a comprehensive business planning process. Earlier career roles include CEO of POGAN Consulting, where comprehensive business strategies were developed, and Finance Manager for the Northeast Zone at Gap, achieving recognition for contributions to retail operations. Jennifer holds an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Maryland.
