Joachim Stobbs

Joachim (Jo) Stobbs is an international tax partner at EY, currently serving as the Japan Business Services and Trade Route Leader for the UKI region. With 12 years of experience living in Japan, Jo has developed a deep understanding of the tax and commercial environment, focusing on international investments, BEPS, and tax risk management. Prior to joining EY, Jo held various roles, including Tax Partner at Greenback Alan LLP and Partner at EY Japan, where they specialized in inbound and outbound tax services. Jo began their career in tax consulting at KPMG and has a degree from The University of Edinburgh.
