John Bethel

John Bethel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care advisory services and public administration. Currently serving as a Partner at Ernst & Young since August 2012, John leads the National Health Care Advisory Practice and is a member of the Global Health Care Leadership Team, providing strategic advisory to health care clients across Canada. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Financial Officer and ADM at BC Public Service, where John managed a significant operational budget and provided strategic HR support, and various senior positions within the Ministry of Health, including overseeing Pharmaceutical and Medical Services divisions and negotiating key agreements. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto at Mississauga and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Alberta.
